All my life I’ve been passionate about health and fitness. My motivation is to make a difference in peoples’ lives.
I love the buzz of a high-intensity training session but I’m equally as comfortable working in injury rehabilitation. From making it to the mailbox and back without any difficulty to fat loss and sports performance, I can help you reach your goals. You’ll receive a truckload of encouragement and motivation along the way.
Growing up I played cricket to a high level. When I first came into the fitness industry I taught spin classes and delivered programs. I’ve also coached Crossfit, both adults and children. I love taking bootcamps and our Active Aging classes.
Having two children I understand the demands that pregnancy has on the body and am experienced with both pre and postnatal fitness. Functional movement is a real area of focus for me.
I’ve worked with people with goals ranging from, running a half marathon, losing 5kg or being able to get up from the couch without pain. My one on one clients have ranged in age from 16-70.

I really believe we (personal trainers) are lucky because our job is our passion but when I’m not working you’ll probably find me running, or spending time with my family. I love watching most sports and especially enjoy watching my children play sport.
I’m also a pretty keen coffee drinker.
