Scott believes that exercise is beneficial for everyone regardless of their circumstances.

He provides general health and wellbeing programmes, helps people with rehabilitation recovery and strength training. He has a special interest in conditioning athletes for competition.

Andrew has been a member of the Exercise Studio since 2004, when he joined to assist in his recovery from a serious accident.

Andrew takes our Thursday night run and walking groups and is a keen participant in most of our other group exercise sessions.

Claire has taught Yin Yoga for us since 2014 and has developed a loyal following of students.

She derives her greatest pleasure from watching her students grow into yoga practitioners and helping them become more connected to their divine nature.
