PHILOSOPHY

My approach to personal training is straight forward: help clients to envision the end result, then work alongside them to make it a reality.  Hard work needn’t be tedious when it’s injected with variety and a bit of fun.

I have been personal training in the UK for the last 12 years where I have enjoyed helping clients achieve a diverse range of goals; from improving fitness and body shape,  to post-physio injury recovery, running technique and sports performance. 

 

After building up a large client base I opened my own personal training studio in London in 2015 which I operated for the last 5 years.  I have recently moved back to New Zealand and I am looking forward to helping people achieve their fitness goals here in Silverstream.  

PERSONAL

I have recently moved back to New Zealand from the UK with my wife and 3 young children .    I am originally from Upper Hutt and it is great to be back here.  My wife and I like to train together.    I’ve recently entered a half Ironman which is new type of training for myself.  I like to keep active and enjoy training and cooking.  We look forward to exploring New Zealand.
