OWNER & EXERCISE COACH

Scott is the director of the Weights Room Limited, which operates the Exercise Studio.  He provides general health and well-being programs, helps people with rehabilitation recovery and strength training.  He has a special interest in clinical exercise and conditioning athletes for competition.

EXERCISE COACH

Chloe operates her own personal training business, Training with Chloe, from our Silverstream Studio.  She enjoys working with women to build strength and increase fitness and likes building relationships with the Studio's older members during our Active Aging Classes.

Coming from an athlete background, Zara believes strongly in prioritising health and fitness.   She assists with circuits and bootcamps.

Natasha became a qualified personal trainer in 2015, and believes that physical activity is key to a healthy body and mind, no matter our age.  

When seeing her personal training clients at our Studio, she focuses on understanding the their motivating factors so she can better understand their exercise training needs and wants.

Conrad has an extensive background in personal training, having up until recently worked from his own studio in London.   

Conrad's approach to training is straight forward: helping clients to envision the end result, and then work alongside them to make it reality.

CLAIRE WRIGHT

YOGA TEACHER

Claire completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance teaching qualification in 2009, and has been teaching different styles of Yoga to students in various communities around Wellington since then.  

Her greatest pleasure comes from watching students advance in their practice and discover the many gems yoga has to offer, ancient wisdom that can help us live a blissful life on and off the mat.
