Our Exercise Studio is run by people who are passionate about the benefits of exercise for your mental and physical well-being.  We care about you coming to exercise. Our memberships are limited, and our studio is boutique and friendly. We are proud also to offer our broader non-member community the ability to exercise when for age-related or medical reasons doing so might otherwise seem difficult.
