I believe that physical activity is our ticket to a healthy body and mind. The beauty of it is that - it's never too late to exercise. My goal is to find what motivates you personally, what keeps you going and how to make it fun and enjoyable as well as challenging.  I aim to supply mums/women with the tools to build their own version of healthy.



Sports and healthy living has always been a passion of mine since I was young. I've always loved being active and at high school I focused mainly on athletics before a couple of injuries made me rethink what I wanted to do.

I moved back to New Zealand from the Gold Coast to gain my certificate in personal training and my diploma, since then I have worked at a few different gyms and have gained a wealth of experience. 

My main focus is to help women build strength and increase their fitness so they can be the best version of themselves.

Outside of the gym, I like to get out and enjoy a good walk/hike with my partner or friends. I’m secretly a passionate rugby and cricket fan!!
