Times and locations for our Fitness Circuits, Bootcamp and Classes are shown below.  This is current as at 3 June 2020 and is relevant while we remain at Alert Level 2.

Classes with:

*    are open only to Members (free)

**   are open to Members and Non-members for a fee per intake (Members get a discount);

*** are open to Members (free) and Non-members (casual fee per class applies).

Monday night Circuit is open to Members only and is a 9/10 high-intensity workout.  Saturday morning Circuit is also Members only and is about at a 7/10 intensity.

If you have not exercised with us before, please contact us before coming along.  We may need to run through a pre-exercise questionnaire before getting you started.  Once you've had a consultation, bookings for classes are not necessary; however, class sizes may be limited.
