We've put together these Video Programs to help keep you active, strong and mentally/emotionally engaged while you can't physically visit our Studio.   Each of the buttons below will link to videos:  Active Aging Classes, High Intensity (Circuit and Bootcamp Videos) and Yoga with Claire (coming soon).  Under each category (apart from Yoga), you will find the videos from our last Level 4 and 3 lockdowns, as well as videos of the classes we do going forward.  Yoga videos will be posted after classes.
