Coming from a family of doctors, I am incredibly passionate about health and fitness. I truly believe that there is a form of fitness out there that everyone can love and that everyone has the ability to be fit and healthy.
I love to have fun and a good laugh and believe that exercise should be enjoyable. If something is fun, you’ll want to do it again and again.
Everyone has their own limits. Being fit and healthy is knowing where those limits are - I’m here to help you find them.

Although I am reasonably new to personal training, I have logged many, many hours in the gym and have a lifetime of experience in sport and fitness.
In my younger days I got myself involved in any sport available to me; swimming, tennis, netball, volleyball, triathlons, dragon boating, cycling and played competitive waterpolo for over 10 years, even reaching a semi-professional level where I represented New Zealand at an under 16 and under 20s level.
Also, I've coached and captained many teams. I really enjoyed those experiences and I’m sure contributed to my future career in the fitness industry.
I have been a member of a gym since I was 15 and have always enjoyed being pushed to my limits. I started as a group fitness instructor at the old Lifestyle Gym in Upper Hutt in 2012, working primarily as a spin instructor, both for adults and some specialty kids’ classes.
I love Upper Hutt - or Upper Heaven as my father likes to call it. We are all so privileged to live in such a beautiful, safe part of the world. My English husband, our son Jonah, and I have recently moved home from England. My family is my number one priority and my husband and son are my two favourite people. You will usually find us out tramping in the bush and riding our bikes.
