PHILOSOPHY

Movement fascinates me! I absolutely love working with people who find movement challenging and being able to offer practical solutions.

 

At the age of 25, a car accident threw me into adrenal fatigue and created chronic pain which took me almost 3 years to recover from. This experience taught me amazing tools and kick-started my passion for understanding movement, connective tissue and how each of the different systems in the body affect tissue health.

 

I've spent the last 12 years learning, guiding and coaching people to feel, move and live better!

I have played squash, tennis, netball and danced at a high level.  

 

I am experienced at working with clients with a variety of movement challenges. Whether it is chronic pain, pre/post surgical, grumpy joints, pregnancy/postnatal, arthritis or autoimmune diseases, I can help! 

 

I am passionate about helping people to live better by improving how you move.

PERSONAL

My favourite things to do are spend time with my family, being outdoors, cooking (and eating!), renovating old houses, gardening, travel and dancing.
