OWNER & EXERCISE COACH
Scott is the director of the Weights Room Limited, which operates the Exercise Studio. He provides general health and well-being programs, helps people with rehabilitation recovery and strength training. He has a special interest in clinical exercise and conditioning athletes for competition.

YOGA TEACHER
Claire completed her 200hr Yoga Alliance teaching qualification in 2009, and has been teaching different styles of Yoga to students in various communities around Wellington since then.
Her greatest pleasure comes from watching students advance in their practice and discover the many gems yoga has to offer, ancient wisdom that can help us live a blissful life on and off the mat.

EXERCISE COACH
Conrad is an experienced personal trainer with over 12 years of helping clients achieve a wide range of fitness goals, from improving strength and body composition to supporting injury recovery and enhancing sports performance. Known for his positive attitude and engaging approach, he focuses on making training both effective and enjoyable by tailoring programs to each individual’s needs and lifestyle
