Here you can find out more information about, and sign up to, our rounds of Bootcamps (run from our Silverstream Studio but open to everyone - members and non-members) and our Yoga classes. Bootcamp intakes run concurrently with the school terms throughout the year. From time to time, we have fitness challenges which you will find more information about below. Open to members and non-members alike, you decide if you want to participate 2 or 3 mornings a week at our friendly outdoor circuit style bootcamps.
Start dates for our Bootcamp Rounds in 2020 are: Round 1 - 27 Jan; Round 2 - 16 March; Round 3 - 11 May; Round 4 - 29 June; Round 5 - 17 Aug; Round 6 - 5 Oct; Bootcamp Blast - 23 Nov.

Join our wonderful Yoga teacher Claire for an hour of Hatha Yoga on Wednesday nights. Claire offers two classes; 6.30 or 7.45 pm.
Intakes are for a 10 week term (give or take) and are attended by members and non-members in our community.
Class sizes are limited and quickly fully subscribed. If it's partway through a term and you are interested, please contact us to have a chat about availability, or to put you on our waitlist for the next term
Our Silverstream Studio is the meeting point for a community run club. Starting on 3 March 2020, this group will run a 5kms (approx) route around Silverstream, Pinehaven and surrounding areas.
Open to anyone in the community, FREE and welcoming all levels of fitness (from beginners to regular runners; no-one will get left behind).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ACTIVE AGING CLASS BOOKINGS
PLEASE READ - We have three classes on Tuesdays and Fridays. Classes are 30 minutes long, with 15 minutes between classes to allow for cleaning and to avoid a log jam of people arriving and leaving. The classes will be at 11.00 am-11.30 am; 11.45 am - 12.15 pm, and 12.30 pm - 1.00 pm. Each class is limited to 15 people to ensure the quality of supervision and guidance. We have prioritised the first two classes each day for Members, and the third class will be for Casual/Non-Members. Everyone is required to sign in using the tablet, non-members and casuals included.
To avoid people booking spots, which are limited, well into the future, we will only release bookings for each week on Mondays at 10.00 am below on this page. Please be courteous of other members and only book your spot when you are certain you will attend. If the class is full when you book, you will be added to the waitlist, and we will let you know if a spot opens up. If you are added to the waitlist, but then decide to book into a class on a different day or time, please let us know so we can remove you from the waitlist.
