I have been a keen runner from a young age and love being active. This sparked my interest in finding out more about how the human body and how it moves, which lead me to complete a Health Science degree.
I want to help everyone to have the freedom to move and be as active as they can through prehab and rehab. I love working with people of all ages and stages in life to increase their body’s movement and function.
I started personal training straight out of uni and have worked at a number of different gyms with clients with varying needs such as increasing sports performance, rehab, and maintaining movement, strength and balance in older age.
I have also instructed HIIT classes, power circuits, and stretching/ functional movement classes.
In September 2018 I became a Physio Assistant on the Orthopaedics Ward and Outpatients classes at Wellington Hospital for 6 months before moving to Darwin for 3 months while my fiancé played and coached cricket there.
Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Sport and Exercise, Massey University, 2015
Outside of work I like to go running and bushwalking with my fiancé. We’re currently (very slowly) planning our wedding and our next trip back to Darwin.
I also like gardening and spending time with my beautiful nieces.
